THE UNORD offers two types of products with different delivery methods: digital e-books and physical products.

1. Digital Products (E-books)

All digital products are delivered instantly via email after payment is confirmed. No shipping is required. You will receive a download link at the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@theunord.com.

2. Physical Products

Shipping is free on all physical orders. Delivery times depend on your location:

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• United Kingdom & Australia: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
